4. All accepted papers will be published on international journal "Advanced Materials Research" and will be indexed in EI Compendex, Thomson ISI (ISTP). Some excellent papers will be published in other SCI journals.

Paper submission due: December 1, 2011 (No need to prepare abstract in advance)
Acceptance notification: 2-3 weeks after submission
