The 2012 MRS Fall Meeting & Exhibit, planned for November 25-30 in Boston, will be our biggest Fall Meeting yet, with a record 6,500 presentations in 52 technical symposia.
The Meeting begins in earnest on Sunday with 8 tutorials, two special forums—the Acta Materialia Materials and Society Award Forum in honor of award-recipient Mildred Dresselhaus of MIT, and the NSF-sponsored Sustainability: Building Teams to Tackle Complex Problems— the Kavli Lecture, professional development seminars, and more. The Meeting week continues for five more days, with 14 symposia running through Friday afternoon.
